Several telephone booths are seen in Hill Valley in 2015.  This is one of the biggest oversights of the movie.  Not a single person is seen walking around with a cell phone of any kind and there are still phone booths on the streets.

In our 2015, you’d be hard pressed to find a phone booth.  They are still around and their designs haven’t really changed at all since this movie was made, but many places have removed phone booths because people simply don’t need them anymore.
